Full Day Enrollment 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Morning Only (9:00am-Noon) Film Camp - Lets make a movie! This week we will write, act and film our own movie and music video! The videos will be featured on the Arts Center Website and the short film submitted into the Cucalorus Festival! Afternoon Only (1:00 - 4:00 pm) Orange St. Pottery Camp – Our 2nd Summer of Pottery! Campers will learn the basics of ceramics in this afternoon camp! All campers will walk away with their very own completed piece of pottery. Supply fee of $10. 420 Race Team M-F ($670 for 4 weeks, Members) - Nantucket Yacht Club
Please select a minimum of four weeks. The 420 Race Team is the most advanced program for junior sailors. Sailors are taught the fundamentals of sailboat racing, including but not limited to boat speed, boat handling, strategy and tactics, and team racing. Training as a team is strongly stressed. The team is reserved for those sailors who want to really improve their racing skills, and are selected by the race team coaches. Join Blue Compass Camps for an exploration of the Beautiful Olympic Peninsula this Spring Break. We will hike, explorer history, visit the beach and the mountains. This trip will be as varied as the Olympics itself. We will spent time exploring coastal towns, majestic beaches and stepping into the rain forest around the Hoh River. As is the case with all Blue Compass Camps outdoor adventures: 1.) Our Goals, beyond having ridiculous amounts of fun with newly made friends, are to help develop social and self confidence while providing an exciting, challenging and unforgettable adventure experience. 2.)
