Cardinal Volleyball Camp - Alexandria Area High School
Cardinal Volleyball Camp For Students currently in 6th-7th grade (15-16) Alexandria Area High School Auxiliary Gym. The Cardinal Volleyball Camp, run by the Cardinal coaches, is a great way to start learning the skills and expectations of the 9-12 program. We will touch on the very basic components of individual skill and progress toward exposure to more advanced concepts that we implement at the varsity level. A variety of individual skills will be addressed including: basic passing form, defensive movement, serving approach footwork, blocking footwork and transition movement. Team concepts that will be touched on include: offensive and defensive systems, serve receive patterns and positive team interactions. This is your chance to get a jump-start on understanding what being a Cardinal volleyball player means both on and off the court.
