Paper & Paint 3D Creations (A.M.) with Ansley Young - Westerly Creek Elementary (Art Room)
Teacher: Ansley Young The wonders of paper and paint come to life in this camp, where 3D projects are built and produced from papier mache, paper bags, watercolor paint, acrylic paint and dimensional embellishments, like beads, yarn, and found objects. Participants will brain storm ideas for these 3D projects on the first day, and will walk away with fabulous creations, which might be masks, sculptures, or an imaginary 3D robot, at the end of the week. Join us for the last 10 minutes of camp on the final day for an art gallery walk in the classroom. We close online registration 24 hours prior to camp start. 4th grade and Up Overnight - Coweta County Fairgrounds
Girls will stay over that day at camp. Dinner, breakfast and a snack will be provided along with fun filled activites. They will sleep in either tents or in the main building. They will need to bring their regular lunch for Thursday and lunch is provided for the whole camp on Friday. A packing list is located on the camp website. 770-656-6728
