This course reviews and assesses mastery of the high school core skills as applied to one fundamental topic from each of the Level 2 trimesters. From the physics trimester the topic is projectile motion, from the chemistry trimester the topic is stoichiometry, and from the biology trimester the topic is natural selection. It's here! The Fall edition of our Teen Power Camp provides a fundamental fitness foundation for any high school student, scaled to anyone from first timers just trying to get into shape to high school athletes looking for structured off-season training or additional in-season work. The Teen Power Program will introduce athletes to bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, powerlifting and basic olympic weightlifting, all while under the close supervision of a certified CrossFit instructor. Our goal is to teach local Teens how to safely and efficiently move their body and external objects (bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc) through space, dramatically improving body composition and improving athletic ability in anyone. Our program is designed to increase stamina, strength, power, endurance, coordination, balance, accuracy and flexibility in any person, all while in a team environment filled with positive people. Every workout is scaled to ANY teens capacity. Teens must be at least 13 years of age and emotionally mature.
