Nebraska Summer Dance Camp 2016 - Halsey 4H Camp
The Nebraska Summer Dance Camp invites you to be part of our 29th year! Join us for seven exciting days of intensive dance – plus outdoor recreation at the Nebraska National Forest – with top Midwest teachers plus our featured guest instructors, Ruth Hoagboon, Dana DeFilippis and Nichol Mason Lazenby! This fast-paced program will provide a rewarding challenge for dancers at moderate to advanced levels. Enrollment is limited to 70 dancers. Students will be grouped by ability to assure individual attention. Minimum requirements: age 10 and two years of ballet. Students will take three to four classes daily. All students will have one classical ballet class each day, plus 2–3 other classes providing a balanced program for each level. The State 4-H camp is located on the edge of the nations largest man planted forest, near Halsey, NE. Its location combines the best of a forest setting with the great Nebraska Sandhills. Theres a lot more to Dance Camp than just dance! Enjoy walking the forest trails, challenge yourself on the TRUST course and zip line, get creative making your own tie-dye shirts. Sun-Sand-Surf - S1 - Plymouth Community Arts Council
Were going back to the Beach! An entire summer camp inspired by a tropical holiday. Well use sand clay & watercolors to make beach-inspired art, sculpt pottery hermit crabs, create our own shades with colored lenses and make a transparent jellyfish sculpture. Mo the moss ball is back as our camp mascot this year with his own comic book made by YOU. Each student will exhibit a piece in our end of summer Art Show. 734-416-4278

This option is for campers ages 3 & 4 Camped Up is a day camp program located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan for children with a hearing loss, using an oral approach. Our mission is to provide a community in which each child will be able to socialize with other hearing aid and cochlear implant users, gain self advocacy skills and have a blast in a unique listener friendly environment.
