UCLA UniCamp is a tradition at UCLA that is entering its 81st summer of camp. The session I will be attending this year (Session 2) is during June 25- July 1. Every year there are hundreds of under-served children that may not be dreaming of a bright future. Help us provide these kids with the tools to change their stars and give them the chance to dream big and succeed! All proceeds from this event go towards sending under-served youth to camp this summer. Its time to make our cell phone photos stand out from the billions of photos recorded every day! As we stomp around the beautiful parkland surrounding Old Trail, campers will learn how to use a few standard photographic techniques to improve their photo taking. Then, in class, we will learn how to download and improve our images and make them rock. Well be inside, well be outside, wherever photos lurk, we will be searching for them. In the process, we will learn how to see in a new light. Campers should bring a cell phone camera, a USB cord to download photos to a computer and a CD or jump drive to store finished photos. Lenape Day Camp - Session I (Grades 1-6) - Community Middle School
Lenape Day Camp - Session I (Grades 1-6) Recreational camp provides a variety of activities such as arts and crafts, multi-cultural games, fitness, science, nature, and swimming. Field trips and special presentations are planned throughout the summer. Swim program is not optional. All campers will participate in a 1/2 hour American Red Cross swim lesson and a 1/2 hour of recreational swim each day. Registration is for full two-week session. Lenape cannot be combined with other specialty or sport camps offered by the Township. Pre and Post Camp care is offered at Millstone River School through WWP Community Education for an additional fee. Children enrolled in pre/post camp will be escorted by camp staff members between the two schools.
