Come on out and win items up to $75 for as little as 3 quarters from multiple area vendors. There will be two rounds of the auction and one round of the raffles. Create amazing "green" artwork of all colors from an exciting variety of art materials in the TPS Creative Craft Laboratory! Experiment with new techniques to recycle, upcycle, and decorate with items that would otherwise be discarded. Each day, campers will explore different media and learn new art-making skills, with time to work on guided and independent projects. Draw, paint, sculpt, sew, and design trash into practical, beautiful art treasures in this week of creative fun! Early drop off is available at no additional cost from 8:00am-9:00am. Munchkin Tennis Camp is designed to introduce campers to the game of tennis. Well focus on basic strokes, developing hand-eye coordination and having fun. Supplies: Campers will need to bring a tennis racket and plenty of water each day. All campers should arrive at camp with sunscreen already applied, as well as with additional sunscreen, as needed. Camp will offer youth, ages 6-10 years old, a wide range of activities to keep them active during the summer months. There will be ten sessions of camp, each one week in length. Five sessions will have a featured field trip and five sessions will have a special event or a wild life animal presentation. All costs, including transportation by charter bus for the featured trip, are included in the cost of the camp program. Children will also enjoy activities such as arts & crafts, outdoor games, indoor games, music & drama, special events, cooking projects, bowling, movies, swimming, hiking, and much more.
