Afternoon: Robot Power Quest The Balance of Power is now at stake. This class promises to revolutionize the way you think about robotics. Lego Power Functions have opened the door to new possibilities. You and your team will take our new CONCEPT TO DESIGN builds to a personal level with customization. This is a never-ending adventure to break the limits of your imagination in unique personalized robotic design. Come for the customization… come for the opportunity to design your own robots start to finish… Stay for the opportunity to battle a robot that your team designed from scratch. Adventure Camp - Week 3 (4 Days Only) - The Greenwell Foundation
Adventure Camp (ages 8-12 by first day of camp session). This week, Camp runs for 4 days only (Tuesday to Friday) Why is Adventure Camp different? Campers are provided the opportunity to explore further into the park with longer hikes, shelter building, and learning how to build a campfire – and then Smores! Part of Adventure Camp is letting the group direct what activities they would like to do by coming up with new and exciting adventures. The staff has the freedom to be creative when making these fun adventures come to life. Campers will have an opportunity to kayak twice during the week, including a visit to the Hollywood Oyster Company. They will create and run their own unique obstacle course, go fishing and crabbing from the pier, and build their own boats out of recycled materials and test to see if they are sea-worthy. Mid-week, campers will hike to the Manor House area where they can build forts with bamboo, explore the gardens, play water games and capture the flag, visit the Barn and participate in our Nature Time program.
