Students construct their own reality! The Geometers Sketchpad computer software provides opportunity to explore the world of Geometry through dynamic constructions. Children literally build their own mathematical system using simple tools… right on the computer. It takes the compass and straightedge, used years ago, to a whole new level! No previous math experience required—if your child can use a mouse, then he/she can use Geometers Sketchpad. By the end of the week, students will know how to make their own custom tools, create cool animations, and boost their math skills as well!
