Pure Gravity Fitness's Annual Kid's Circus Camp!! For kids ages 6-12. We'll be exploring movement and the many aspects of circus performance. This will include learning tricks on aerial apparatuses, tumbling, balance, hula hoop and juggling, costuming and circus history. This camp is designed for kids to discover movement, foster creativity, and most importantly have FUN!! It is a three-day camp running the second week in August, Monday Wednesday and Friday from 9am to Noon. Cost is $85 for all three days and includes all activities and a snack! Working collaboratively in pairs, students will discover how to build objects in 3D suitable for 3D printing, utilizing the online platform, TinkerCad. Smart with Art educators will teach students to work with 3D design elements, learn about creating art in perspective, all while exploring practical applications of 3D technology. We will challenge their spatial skills with ocean themed, art-related activities. Students will be able to create a personalized 3D model to print and take home at the end of class.
