Experience the fun of laying down a basic rock groove or the joy and energy of a large ensemble of mallet instruments. In this fantastic new camp, students will get a chance to try a variety of percussion instrument while building basic playing skills that will help prepare them to play in their school band or orchestra. Any student can join this camp, even if you have no previous experience playing an instrument. After 5 fun-filled days packed with lots of playing time on a variety of instruments, students will have a chance to show off their new skills for family and friends at a recital at the end of camp. It's that time of year again. PAC Modern is hosting our 8th annual Summer PAC Camp! PAC Camp is a 6 week program where dancers of all ages can learn in a welcoming and fun environment. PAC Modern aims to bring dance instruction to their community at an affordable price. Come out and train with us all summer long! Dates: Every Monday and Wednesday, July 6th-August 12th Time: 6 pm - 8:30 pm Location: The East and West Gyms at Cal State Long Beach Parking: Parking is available along Atherton Street as well as the neighborhoods across the street. And sight see some beautiful places along the the Ca-128 and ca-1. Most importantly im organizing a trip where we can all have lots of fun. Camp. And get to to know more fellow car people. Ballet Camp - Cinderella - Germantown Friends School
Join the Cinderella Ballet Camp for a week filled with the joys of dance and music! Participants will read about and then recreate the magic of the Fairy Godmother, the pumpkin coach, and the glass slipper before journeying with Cinderella to the castle ball. Each day, Ballet Camp will begin with classical ballet instruction followed by activities such as ballet mime, performance games, and craft projects that will serve as props for the ballet. On the last day of camp, there will be a short recital, during which campers will perform a dance from Cinderella for parents and friends. Teaching our Cinderella Ballet Camp will be Fallon Gannon, who not only is a professional dancer with Ballet Fleming and Dance DelBello, but also is a very experienced dance instructor who has extensive experience teaching preschool and Kindergarten dancers in the Philadelphia area. Ballet Camp is a morning-only camp and participants may wish to stay for the all-new Junior Explorers/Explorers Day Camp or for the Computer Camp (for Kindergartners) during the afternoon session.
