After an less than desirable experience with a camp who shall remain nameless, we were a bit leery about sending our boys off to a new summer camp. However, when we discovered that Cedarbrook was centered around our same values and those values informed all the activities we took the leap of faith and glad that we did. The Summer Camp folks have asked us to return to defend our title at the On the Road Tour stop at High Noon Saloon in Madison! You know the deal: if we win, we get a spot at Summer Camp Music Festival 2016!!! We have had amazing experiences playing SCamp in the past, and we need YOUR HELP to do it again! Dates: October 16 – 18, 2015 Ages: 13 – 19 Co-Directors: Steve Lamason and Dan & Nicole Miguel Speaker: Zach Justice (from Upton Lake Christian School) Come for a weekend of growing closer to Jesus Christ, playing fun games & spending time with other teens. Bring clothes for cold weather & muddy conditions. Cost: $85 The cost is reduced to $70 if you send your registration and pay in full by October 9. As everyone gears up for school to start back, we're glad to announce our first Kids Night Out on September 9th - a Lego night! Cost is $15 a child (multi-child discounts available), which includes the cost of dinner. Come join us for a night including Gaga Ball, Legos, and a Bible Study! Open to campers K5-6th Grade. For more information, or to pre-register for the event, contact Cameron Pruette, Program Coordinator, at: (803) 366-3722 ext. 22 [email protected] Drop-Off begins at 5:30pm, with dinner being served promptly at 6pm. Pick-up begins at 8:30pm and ends at 10:00pm.

6th - 10th grade girls: Basketball Camp - Saint Marys School
This camp will focus on encouraging middle and early high school aged athletes to develop their basketball skills for all level players. Focusing on the fundamentals of ball handling, passing, shooting, agility, positional and competition to nurture the total athlete. Coach Soemer has been coaching youth sports for 21 years. During this time he has coached basketball and soccer at various levels. He has also taught physical education for the past 14 years. His focus is on developing fundamental skills in each of the sports he teaches. 9194244028.0

Grab your Tents and sleeping bags. This fun filled week is all about camping in Colorado. Learning about the different animals we will come across in our beautiful state as well as creating crafts that our essential for the outdoors. A trip to Lookout Mountain will get us even more educated in the camping world around us. We will have a campfire and sing songs. Learn how science is used to solve crime by using experimental techniques in a laboratory-based setting. Participants will analyze evidence such as hair, fibers, fingerprints, blood, and blood splatter. Death and decay, shoe impressions, handwriting, and ink analysis will also be studied.
