Natural Wonders - The Evergreen School
Through exploration in magical kingdoms and enchanted forests, our children will be enjoying each others company nature acting as princesses, princes, leprechauns, and fairies. Well be getting dirty this week! Well be dancing, creating costumes, enjoying tea parties, all while caring for the flora and fauna around us because well be in nature. This is a class of storybook creative drama out in nature. Your child is more than welcome to bring in any pre-made costumes he/she already has for participation, we will also be supplying costumes. Mandarin & Chinese Culture with Jenson Cheng - The Philadelphia School
Spend these weeks immersed in the world of China. Campers will practice Mandarin, create art in the traditional Chinese style, and learn about the cultural experience of the Chinese. This camp is perfect for those just beginning their study of Mandarin and for those who studied Mandarin previously and want the opportunity to practice and grow. Artistic work and activities around culture throughout the week will help campers understand the way language, practice, and beauty entwine in the Chinese experience. Sign up for up to four weeks! Make Me A Pro Flag Football Camp - Veterans Memorial - Recreation Center
Come join us for this fast paced camp as we teach players catching passing, throwing and running routes through fun games and drills. Meet new friends and we you encourage you to invite your friends for this fun camp. End each day with a Flag Football game! Camp Gulls: Week 5 - Warren-Walker La Mesa Campus
DAILY ACTIVITIES: Camp Gulls action-packed program features a variety of daily and weekly activities. Students are divided into age-appropriate groupings and are provided a dynamic schedule that balances academic, athletic, and artistic pursuits. Each week will have a theme that ties classes and field trips together. While the theme is the same for all age-groups, the individual classes and field trips may differ. Extended Care & Point Loma Bus (if needed) are included in the camp tuition. THIS WEEKS THEME: Mystery & Magic Classes and activities, such as Super Sleuths, CSI, Mythology, Mystery Theatre, Secrets of Coding, Magic Made Easy, and Scavenger Hunts will all inspire curious campers! Arduino I - Da Vinci Science Center
Arduino I* - $350 (July 18 – July 22) Todays technology: computer controlled Do-It-Yourself electronic projects facilitated by Arduino. Arduino is a micro-controller with user friendly coding that can be used to interact with the physical world. This Arduino starter camp will provide basic instruction on how to use the Arduino micro-controller to perform a variety of different tasks. This is a full day camp and includes a $50.00 material fee for take home electronic parts and accessories.
