Aventura Center - Session 2 (July 25, 2016- August 19, 2016) Group A. Suggested ages 6-9 years. Show: DISNEYS 101 Dalmations Cruela De Vil, the wickedest woman ever to live, wants a coat. A fur coat. Made out of Dalmatians. 99 young Dalmatians to be exact. Roger and Anita?s two Dalmatians, Pongo and Perdy and their 15 pups, are mysteriously kidnapped! However, before the police react, Pongo and Perdy set out to unite the animal kingdom against Cruela De Vil and get their puppies back. KidSport Mornings Ages 4 -13[] Kids enjoy a variety of team sports, individual sports, team building games, fitness and other physical education activities and swimming lessons Director: Kerry Winkelseth, UM School of Kinesiology Campers bring snacks and water. Mornings, Monday-Friday. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Curbside Drop-off. Staff will collect your camper from your car at 8 AM and bring your camper to your car at 12 Noon. KidSport offers children the opportunity to learn and refine non-competitive sport-specific, team building and social skills. The activities are age appropriate and developed by experts in childrens physical education. Solve a murder mystery this summer! Club Scientific teams up with KidzArt & Drama Kids for an unforgettable camp experience. Campers will learn to become Crime Scene Investigators during actual crime scene setups! Campers will learn how law enforcement professional solve crimes. Youll use the tools used in the field to collect evidence. Campers will learn how a crime is actually solved and learn how Biology, Chemistry and Physics plays a major role in the investigation! Sample Projects include Blood Analysis; Fiber, Handwriting, Fingerprinting, and DNA Analysis! Drama Kids campers will direct and STAR in their very own episode of "CSI: Drama Kids!" 09th 2016 Camp Buckaroo FALL BREAK 3 Day Camp - Blue Point Stables
This Camp is a 3 (Three) Day Buckaroo Fall Break Day Camp. Camp begins each day at 9:00 EST and ends at 4:00 pm in the afternoon. Campers will be assigned a horse to ride and to care for. In the larger enrollment classes, campers share assigned horses. Activities that the campers will be involved with are... Riding Lessons (generally twice a day, weather permitting) Grooming, Stall Care & Management, Equine Characteristics, Arts and Crafts and Horse Husbandry including some Horse Health and Welfare. Plus, making friends or renewing relationships with new and returning campers alike. Campers have the option to purchase and challenge the test for a CHA riding level. Campers receive the appropriate CHA Riding Level Book. Successful campers are awarded the appropriate Certificate, Patch and Pin. Campers falling below the testing standards are allowed to retest once for no additional charge. Day campers will need to bring appropriate clothing for each day, to include layered warm clothing on cool or cold days and rain gear when needed, as well as, their lunches, snacks and drinks for each day.
