Craft Fair & Flea Market- Benefits Youth Missions Camp & Leadership Re
Since the Dallas Harvest Festival has been cancelled, we have moved our annual Craft Fair fundraiser to that Saturday, (Sept. 19th) cause folks like YOU will be looking for something else to do. Additionally we will be expanding to include a Flea Market! Come shop at the Craft Fair for gifts, home decor, handcrafted jewelry, wood crafts, and more. This year's event includes a flea market, bake sale, and a chili cook-off. The Snackshop will be open with some delicious lunch & dinner specials including our famous APPLE DUMPLINGS!-Get 'em while they last! Proceeds will benefit students attending Student Life Camp and/or the Fall Leadership Retreat.

Here we are friends. We are at it again. Mark your calendar for our 5th annual YSC CAJUN CRAWFISH FESTIVAL on October, 22nd from 12-5 PM at Camp Pendleton. Buckshot will be entertaining you throughout the day while you enjoy our crawfish boil, chili, gumbo, chopped BBQ and plenty of craft beer and wine. May 31-June 3: Wonders of Water (Ages 9-12) - Mountain Kids!
Water is an important resource for life and fun on a hot summer day! We will go on adventures to find the FUN in water, and will learn a lot in the process. We will go into the Santa Fe watershed to learn first hand where our water comes from and where it goes. We will hunt for aquatic macro-invertebrates (a new, big word!). We will talk about how and why to conserve water, and get some first hand experience with the power of water at Bandelier National Monument. 505-699-6230

Questers Camp - Vasona Lake County Park
Join us as YSI supports your quest for knowledge using hands-on science activities to discover interesting facts about the world around you. Discover how rocks are formed and practice rock sorting like a geologist. Take a closer look at snails and other animals with shells. Work as scientists to investigate spores and learn the mysteries behind mold by putting together an experiment to watch mold grow in a safe enclosed environment. As we move through our investigations extend your land-based quest and look to the sky and experiment with wind and learn the science of how clouds form. In addition to doing daily science activities we will have the opportunity to explore different park habitats, play games, and engage in fun craft projects. 408-827-5507
