Camping with Care
Our experience with Camp Twin Creeks in Marlinton was awesome. When we got there to drop off the kids, we realized that the staff was so diverse in their nationalities that my kids would feel so welcome and fit right in. The staff seemed to be having as good of a time as the kids and my kids walked away with many new friendships. They are already talking about next summer and seeing their friends again. It's that time of year again. PAC Modern is hosting our 8th annual Summer PAC Camp! PAC Camp is a 6 week program where dancers of all ages can learn in a welcoming and fun environment. PAC Modern aims to bring dance instruction to their community at an affordable price. Come out and train with us all summer long! For ages 8 to 15 February 16-April 22 Tuesday and Thursday, 4:00-5:30 pm; Performances April 23 and 30 at 11:00 am Students will learn stagecraft as they prepare for public performances of Tales of Hans Christian Andersen, a wonderful compilation four stories: The Steadfast Tin Soldier, The Swineherd, The Ugly Duckling, and The Little Mermaid. Beginning Traditional Strings (Fridays) - Viewpoint School
The Beginning Traditional Strings class is for students in Third and Fourth Grade who have no experience and wish to play violin, viola, cello or bass in a traditional class setting. The class will focus on proper instrument posture, note reading and repertoire from the Essential Elements for Strings. These weekly, hour-long lessons include a snack and short break. Students must rent or purchase their own instruments. A book and other instructional materials will be provided. Classes meet on Fridays from 3:15 - 4:15 p.m. 818-591-6597
