180 Snow Camp 2016 - Trenton, NJ
The cost of this year's Snow Camp is $90. New visitors who are not already attending a church youth group can attend for free! Please sign up in our lower foyer or have your friend who attends FBC or FCS sign you up. Just be sure to give them your adult t-shirt size. Back to School Boot Camp: Fourth and Fifth Grade CurriculumGet your mind and body fit for the school year with this unique experience. Join Mr. Chad Hamilton and Mr. Ben Spencer, both credentialed teachers, for their Back to School Boot Camp! The program combines academic tutoring and athletic activities. Reading, writing, and math skill building will be alternated with athletic activities to prepare incoming second, third, fourth, fifth & sixth graders. All curriculum will be aligned with Common Core Standards. Students will be given optional homework, needed literature and academic materials. Parents will be given an opportunity to share their childs needs prior to the camps introduction so curriculum can be individualized. Students will use the athletic activities and games to guide academic projects. Think calculating averages, graphing and sport related literature. Parker Summers Full Day Camp, Session II - Francis W Parker
Campers engage in activities that revolve around weekly themes in this full-day program. Arts and crafts, sports and games are part of the fun. In addition to their regularly scheduled morning of Old Time Favorites, campers participate in Sports Shorts Clinics, Book Club, Story Theater, Wacky Wednesday Mystery Guests, Fun Friday Activities and Barbecues. Campers in first and second grade also experience off-campus excitement with our weekly field trips. Instructional swim time at a local pool and visits to the beach are included each week.
