CBMM’s Kids Club summer camps for 6-7 Year Olds - Saint Michaels, MD
Beginning June 20 and continuing through July 29, the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum is offering its week-long, half day Kids Camps, which bring age-appropriate Chesapeake-themed camps for children 4-7 years of age. Led by a CBMM educator, young Kids Club campers explore the magic of the Chesapeake Bay’s people, animals, and watercraft through fun and interactive activities, stories, games, and crafts. CBMM’s summer camps for children 4-5 years of age are offered during the weeks of June 20, July 4, and July 18; camps for children 6-7 years of age are offered the weeks of June 27, July 11, and July 25. Daily camps take place from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with campers meeting at CBMM’s Dorchester House and exploring the museum’s 18-acre campus and numerous exhibition buildings as part of the program. Participation is limited, with camps filling fast and pre-registration required. The cost for the week-long camp is $125 for CBMM members, or $150 for non-members, with scholarships available. Our Jr. S.T.E.A.M. Team members (ages 3-5), our S.T.E.A.M. Team members (ages 6-9), and our Counselors-in-Training (ages 10-13) will join forces to solve mysteries, visit the Louvre, take on the Big Apple, and visit the Texas Zoo. Families can register their campers for just one adventure or they can take on the full S.T.E.A.M. Team challenge by signing up for all 4 camps, giving them the title of Jr. CDM Ambassador (ages 3-9) or CDM Ambassador (ages 10-13). CDM Ambassadors will receive a “sneak peek” of the museum prior to its grand opening this fall, and while visiting, they will have the opportunity to share their genius ideas with museum staff and volunteers! During Week 1 of camp, the S.T.E.A.M. team will take on a big job. The team members will use their skills in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math to solve a mystery so strange, even the grown-ups are perplexed! Kid's Spring Break Camp - Denver, CO
Focus and fun is the premise behind our children's day camp run by qualified staff from Enshin Karate and Radiant Beginnings Yoga. Our martial arts class, is taught by 4 time world champion Mike Ninomiya and his lovely wife Diana Ninomiya. Longhorns Tennis Camp - Longhorns Tennis Camp
The Longhorns Tennis Camp will be conducted on The University of Texas campus in Austin by carefully selected instructors who are experienced at working with young players. These instructors include college coaches, high school coaches and collegiate players. Longhorns Tennis Camp is open to girls and boys, ages 9 and above, of all ability levels. Campers will be housed in Castillian, a privately owned highrise dormitory near campus. Each room has a private bath and refrigerator. Experienced, mature male and female staff provide 24-hour supervision. All employees have passed a criminal background check as well as a child protection training conducted by The University of Texas Human Resources Department.
