Yes, boys will boys and that's why this camp experience was tailor made for our two pre-teens. It seems like they never run out of energy and this was the perfect environment to keep them busy. I also very much liked the ability to check in and see how they were progressing. Tremper Cheer's Basketball Kid's Camp - Kenosha, WI
Tremper Cheerleaders are holding their Basketball Cheer Kid's Clinic on Saturday, Feb. 4th from 9:00 am to Noon at Tremper High School. Girls will play games, learn cheers, jumps and a short dance. Cost is $30.00 which includes a t-shirt to wear on the performance day which is Tuesday, Feb. 7th @ 5:30. Girls should arrive at Tremper at 4:30 to run through things. The girls will do sidelines for the 1st half of the JV Basketball game with the Tremper Cheerleaders and then perform at 1/2 time with them as well. After halftime, they are free to leave. A fun class for the summer to learn and catch up on all your social skills. Campers will learn all about being the perfect host from party planning and set up to how to write thank you notes. They will make their own beginner stationary kits, then make their way to the dining table and fine tune those skills from the kitchen table to fine dining. There will be a class on visual poise, introductions, telephone manners and meeting new friends. A grooming class with closet organization, nail grooming or tie tying. Plus lots more. At the end of each day, new skills are applied in a game setting, and effective teamwork and good sportsmanship are emphasized. Campers should wear comfortable clothing for movement, tennis shoes, and knee pads (optional).
