Junior tennis training is personalized and professional and on location at one of the most gorgeous college campuses in the country. We can help all levels achieve their goals! From rigorous training for USTA tournament and high school players to a fun learning environment for beginners. Beautiful outdoor and indoor tennis facilities, plus a chance to learn about and play other racquet sports like ping pong, badminton, and squash and swim in the pool at the end of each day. For resident campers, we have a list of fun activities at night including movie nights, Dave and Busters, and World Team Tennis. The campers will reside at a beautiful Victorian style dorm on Swarthmores campus. Adult Tennis Weekends are fun and high energy with lots of tennis and new tips to take home with you. Birdie Bombers (Ages 5-9) - Whitetail Ridge Golf Club
Do your children love to: play games, run around, jump obstacles, roll down hills, make friends, and have FUN? Do you think they would love to do all that, while they learn how to GOLF?! The answer is, undeniably, YES! Birdie Bombers Program will introduce FUN golf related exercises and activities to our existing golf instruction! We will spend roughly 30 minutes on basic instruction, along side 30 minutes of FUN activities and exercises! All of our youth baseball, basketball, football, tennis, and swimming camps have been implementing FUN activities to build strength, speed, endurance, and hand eye coordination. Years of research has taught us how important Fitness and Nutrition is to the golf swing. The balance learned from walking across a balance beam relates directly to the balance required for a great golf swing. The speed and weight transfer involved with swinging a golf club can be improved by throwing a ball as far as they can. Simply rolling down a hill will teach them body control and rotation which is directly related to the golf swing. Camp San Jose @ Berryessa Spring Break Camp - Berryessa Community Center
At Camp San Jose your child gets an unforgettable, traditional camp experience for under $5 an hour! Your child will be playing exciting games, sports, creating cool arts and crafts projects, singing funny songs and venture on a memorable field trip. Our price includes a low leader to child ratio-1:10, a field trip, new friendships, disguised learning and much more! Campers need to bring lunch, water and sunscreen everyday. A camp shirt is provided for each child on the day of the field trip to keep. FIELD TRIP INFORMATION (subject to change): Field trip destination is to the Great Mall Century 20 Theater to watch "Cinderella" rated PG. Girl Scout Sunday: Toy Hack - The Mini Maker
Patch Included During our Toy Hack sessions your kids are given a selection of old toys, such as, a GI Joe, Barbie Doll, Legos, Dinosaur figures, ect. Your kids use basic tools like a screw driver to "hack" the toys apart. Then with the use of tape, pipe cleaners, or glue gun the kids are able to reuse and recycle the pieces and create a new toy with them. For example: A Barbie Doll body with a T-Rex Head and Zombie Foot. During this session the kids are also asked to use their imaginations to create a story around the figure they have created.
