Resident High Performance Camp (Housing Included) - Stanford
Open to any and all male entrants aged 9-18 years, this camp is designed primarily for competitive gymnasts, levels 6 through 10. Athletes choosing the Resident option will get the full Stanford experience, staying in the student dormitories and eating in the dining commons. Gymnasts will be grouped by age and competitive experience. This is a unique camp, as it is intended for highly motivated and college bound gymnasts. The High Performance Camp is gymnastics focused with 6-7 hours of training per day. Coached by members of the Stanford Mens Gymnastics Team as well as the Stanford Coaching staff, this camp offers gymnasts the opportunity to raise their skills to the next level. During camp, gymnasts will be coached and taught each aspect of training at the highest level. This includes technical coaching on all events, air-sense, execution/presentation, strength and flexibility. Additionally they will be provided insight on the cycling process (assuring peak performance at a specific time), the NCAA Mens Gymnastics program, Stanfords Mens Gymnastics program and being eligible for a collegiate program. Intermediate Puppetry - NEW! - CENTER for Performing Arts at Rhinebeck
Learn the ins and outs of puppeteering with hand/rod and hand/arm puppets for the stage. For intermediate students wanting to hone their skills and maybe learn some new tricks! EARLY CARE: WEARABLE TECHNOLOGY CAMP - Ben Robertson Community Center
Under the supervision of Kennesaw Parks & Recreation staff, children can independently choose and engage in a variety of activities including arts and crafts, games, puzzles, reading, drawing or simply socializing with friends. At 9:00am, children will be escorted to camp, and signed-in by a staff member. Fees will not be pro-rated for partial attendance. Drivers Education - Bolles San Jose Campus
This course includes 30 hours of classroom instruction, 6 hours of actual driving time, and 12 hours of "in-car" observation. The first two weeks will consist of classroom instruction from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Athletic Conference room. Students will be asked to choose a driving session to comply with state requirements. There are two sessions to choose from, with no more than 9 allowed per session. Session I: June 27 - July 8 Session II: July 11 - July 21 All students must attend this segment to comply with State of Florida requirements. Before the students actual driving session, the student must have at least a restricted license. Within each driving session, there will be a driving group that will drive for an hour and a half each day for the two-week period. Similar driving experience will help determine the composition of each group. Creative Campers Summer Camp: Under the Sea - Douglas Park Building
Weekly Theme: Under the Sea Creative Campers is run by our experienced toddler class instructors. The program offers an excellent way for younger children to experience a day camp in a safe environment.
