Tween/teen Yoga Camp - Camp Hill, PA
The focus for this program is to inspire and empower tweens and teens and to establish a deeper sense of self respect and self discipline so they can live a more balanced and fulfilled life. We will empower tweens/teens through journaling, breathing practices, meditation, aerial yoga and mat yoga. We'll have fun and learn to trust others and ourselves through partner yoga poses. Though drop in students are welcome, we encourage participants to enroll in the the entire four week program because each week we will build upon the lessons of the previous week. Camp runs 5-6:15pm on Tuesday, July 19 and 26th, August 9 and 16. Please note there is a break the week of August 2. A minimum of 4 students is required to run the program, so please register early! A refund will be given if the minimum number of participants is not met. There will be a maximum of 8 participants, based on the number of aerial yoga hammocks, so pre-registration is required. Participants must be at least 10 years old. 4 Week Camp - $60 1 Week Drop-in - $25

After Camp Care for KidSport the week of 8/1 - 8/5 Parents/guardians come into school to sign out and pick up camper. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- KidSport offers children the opportunity to learn and refine non-competitive sport-specific, team building and social skills.
