Kid's Camp at The Backroom Gallery - Independence, MO
Sign up for Kid's Camp at The Backroom Gallery! We're happy to present "Building CONFIDENCE and CHARACTER through Creativity" classes every 2nd Saturday 11:30 - 2:30 beginning 4/9/16 ages 7-12. Kids who complete three classes will be featured in our August Third Friday Artwalk. $25.00/class, lunch included. Class limited to 8. All supplies provided. Pre-registration required! 816-886-0082

Four Elements Kid's Camp - Naples, FL
Children 5 to 12 years are invited to one or both days of our half-day camps. Our activities will reflect each of these four elements, and be predominantly outside, so dress for comfort! We’ll explore air and fire on Thursday, learning about the power of air currents and our biggest fireball, the sun. On Friday, special guest Valerie Flanigan from Driftwood Garden Center will help us make and/or decorate stepping stones for our garden (earth), then we move to the element of water, where we create an ocean in a bottle and play with watercolor magic. We end with Tai Chi by Elena Roubicek! Registration is required and each session is limited to 10 participants so we can give our best to each child. All materials are provided, including a snack. Both camps are presented on a love-offering basis and open to all children.

Kid's Sewing Camp - undefined, PA
Sewing Camp is offered to children ages 6-14. This year we will be working on a number of machine projects as well as some hand sewing. There is no experience necessary. I'm very excited about the projects we have selected. I think the children will absolutely love what they accomplish during this week of camp! And they will learn a lot! Please sign up to confirm a spot due to limited space. The cost is $100 per child. Thanks and I can't wait!!

Interested in coding? Like LEGO Robotics? Want to try to build the Makerbot? This blend of STEAM activities is just for you! Have you ever wanted to take your own vision of a play, musical, or scene and translate it to stage? At LAC you can learn how to create, stage, and communicate your own vision. Children will be introduced to the basics of sewing and will learn the skills to complete a project. We will use safe and age appropriate material to keep their interest.
