The BYU Baseball staff is excited to announce this years High School Baseball Camp schedules. Our High school camp is designed for players that are serious about baseball and looking for advanced techniques and development. If you want to play collegiate baseball, this is the camp for you. At camp you will be able to interact with all of BYU Baseballs coaching staff. You will be able to see the beautiful BYU campus and utilize all of the facilities. At camp each participant will receive training, gain important insights, and play exciting games at beautiful Miller Park. This camp will focus on advanced skill development. Squad games will provide opportunities to implement skill learned during camp and give the opportunity to current BYU coaches to give suggestions to each camper. In addition, squad games provide the opportunity to learn team aspects of competition during games. You will have the chance to showcase your skills in front of college coaches and the BYU coaching staff. Camp participants will use BYUs professional athletic equipment and unique training stations to learn the dynamics of strength and weight-conditioning fundamentals and apply them to your own individual training goals to become a more complete player. 801-422-5724

7th Annual Youth Acting Camp & Production of "Tom & Huck!" - Brooklyn,
ACT-OUT! Acting School proudly announces Our Seventh Annual Youth Summer Camp and Production of "Tom & Huck!" The Story of Tom Sawyer & Huckleberry Finn (all roles in "Tom & Huck!" are open, and may be cast to actors of any age 3-18, any race, or any gender). Since 2007, Act-Out! has been providing Bay Ridge & the Greater Brooklyn Area with world-class acting instruction at very affordable prices. We have served students of all ages and levels of experience, from beginners to Broadway veterans. Led by NYS-Certified drama teacher and Award-winning actor John Stillwaggon (see below for brief biography), students learn physical and vocal preparation, improvisation, line memorization, stagecraft, action/obstacle work, as well as character and scene analysis. Students and parents have reported vast improvements not only in acting ability, but in such life skills as conflict resolution, goal-setting, teamwork, discipline, memory, and self-esteem. At the close of the two-week camp (students meet for four hours each weekday), the student ensemble performs a full-length, original theatrical production. Please help us with our 1st Jamison Hook Allstate Coats-4-Kids drive. We are excited to participate in this event with KXLY who have been keeping area kids warm for the last 30 years! With winter around the corner we need to insure the children of our community are taken care of! We will be announcing the winner of the competition as well as kicking off Brett's camping time 10 minutes per coat donated! Lets keep Brett cold!

F-2 Simple Chemistry Labs and Activities to Teach Difficult and Important Concepts - Aurora
This will be a hands-on session where participants will perform four chemistry activities/experiments (two of the experiments will be a variation on one theme). The topics will include bonding, equilibrium, and stoichiometry. Teachers will be provided with copies of the activities to take back to their classes. In the spirit of learning together, we ask participants to bring their favorite activity/lab to share with the group (these labs will not be performed, just shared. In this 9 week course, Create your own story through the BEAM Experience! Using the process of creative problem solving, each week campers will learn to brainstorm ideas, outline, build, animate, and publish their own distinctive stop motion movie. Working in teams of 2-3, students will create a story based on ideas from their own imaginations and bring them to life one frame at a time. Adding your own unique cinematic score and dialogue truly brings the movie to life!
