Kids Yoga Summer Day Camp - Lansing, MI
Yoga knows no age boundaries. It has benefits for the older and younger alike. Just B Yoga provides a quality yoga program for children that benefits the body and the mind. The camp is taught by Belinda Thurston and Monica Pino. Our classes teach children body awareness and positive self image while finding healthy movement exercises. Children will learn yoga asana (poses), pranayama (breath exercises), dharana and dhyana (focus and meditation). Week 3 AM - Windsurfing and SUP - NESS
This program is designed to teach the basics of windsurfing including, proper stance, self-rescue, tacking and gybing as well as some basic sail theory. NEW this year we are adding SUP-ing as an element to this class to help work on balance and strength. Taught on our Bic Techno 293 boards this is a great way to learn a new sport. 860-535-9362

Run, jump, swim, and play your way to a summer adventure with a week jam packed with fun! The Chute Shooting Camp (4th-8th) - Onalaska (city of)
The Chute Basketball Shooting Camps are designed to challenge the advanced player to move their offensive game to the next level, while at the same time, teaching all the proper fundamentals of shooting to the younger athlete. Shooting is ?muscle memory?.... Often times players believe they are out practicing, when actually they are simply reinforcing a lot of bad habits. The Chute Camps follows a step by step approach, in which shooters will definitely improve. This camp: 1. Teaches Proper Technique 2. Reinforces Proper Technique at Game Speed 3.
