This camp features fundamental skills to be applied on the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. Campers receive expert, individual instruction through the camp with an emphasis on technique, including skills such as blocking, tackling, positions, stance and start, passing technique, receiving, and more. Campers will receive daily lunch in Loyolas dining hall, as well as time each day for swimming in Loyolas pool. Wednesday After School Intro to Photography and Film - Makenzie Adult Building
In this program your girls will work with a professional female photographer, learning the basics of photography and film making. Performing Arts Camp - Woodstock Town Hall Theatre
Sharon Groblicki will once again direct Pentangle Arts Summer Performing Arts Camp, with Nancy Boymer and musical direction by Bob Merrill. The theme this year is Children in Featured Broadway Roles, featuring songs and scenes from The Fantasticks, The Wizard of Oz and The Sound of Music. This years camp program teaches vocal technique and presentation, drama, improvisational theater, singing, and choreography. Classes are for children ages 8-13. Activities are indoors and outdoors. In addition, there will be some time allocated for swimming at the Woodstock Recreation Center– weather permitting – after lunch most days. Please note, if you child does not have a Rec Center swim pass, they will need $5 each day to cover the cost of using the pool. FOOD: Bring your own snack, lunch and water.
