Resonate Kids Camp is a 4-day summer camp experience like no other. In these four days, your camper will experice God in a whole new way! With faith filled and grace centered chapel services, unique and creative camp activites and an incredible trip to Schiltterbahn, your child is sure to want to return every year to reuinte with their camp buddies. Resonate Kids Camp welcomes kids from ages 7 to 12 years old. School of Rock - Ohlook Performing Arts Center
The brand new musical - which opened this season on Broadway - follows Dewey Finn, a failed, wannabe rock star who decides to earn a few extra bucks by posing as a substitute teacher at a prestigious prep school and ends up turning his class into a guitar-shredding, bass-slapping, mind-blowing rock band. SCHOOL OF ROCK is produced by Andrew Lloyd Webber, who composed 14 songs to create the score, which also features all of the original songs from the movie. Ohlook has been granted a special license to perform this show while it is still performing on Broadway! Come join us and add a Regional Premiere to your resume! Boys Sports Camp with Coach Tom Myran - Germantown Friends School
The focus of Boys Sports Camp is on learning and competing in team sports, including basketball, soccer, baseball, flag football, floor hockey, and volleyball. In addition, campers also will take part in a variety of traditional games such as dodge and whiffle ball as well as individual sports such as tennis, wrestling, and track and field. Team-building, self-awareness and interpersonal skills will also be a focus. Our passionate and professional coaching team under the leadership of GFS Boys Varsity Track Coach Tom Myran will help participants become more skillful and confident athletes. Even more importantly, campers will have a terrific time making new friends and bonding with their upper school athlete-counselors whose job it is to reinforce the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and doing ones best on a daily basis. Swims at the Germantown Cricket Club add to the summertime fun! Week #1 - Faith Camp present "Be a Hero" We welcome you to Week #1 of 3 weeks of fun, adventure, and learning. Our hope is that the Faith Camp experience will follow your child home and bless your family. Faith Camp is for children who have completed Kindergarten - 5th grade by June, 2016. If you need Before Camp or After Camp Care, please choose that option below. Before Camp opens at 7:30 AM. After Camp closes at 5:30 PM. Please Note: * Children who will have completed the 5th Grade by the time Faith Camp begins are known as Disciple Campers. These campers have a different experience than everyone else. Our DCs are exposed to Servant Leadership as they engage as helpers to our paid staff and participate in an off-site service opportunity and off-site field trip. There is an extra nominal fee for the field trip (movies, bowling, skating, etc.) * Because staff is hired and t-shirts and supplies are ordered according to our registration numbers, we are unable to give refunds within 30 days of your scheduled week of camp.
