Spring Advanced Junior Golf School Ages: 13-17 $75 Registration Fee Monday, March 28th – Thursday, March 31st 1:00pm -3:30pm This Golf School will focus solely on instruction and fundamentals of executing each golf shot. Video analysis of each shot will be recorded and reviewed and sent to the student for future review. Each student will understand their flaws and what to practice to improve them based on their goals. This class will have advanced instruction techniques but is acceptable for all abilities. Each student will leave school with a better understanding of their golf swing and what it take to improve to reach their goals. Camp Instruction led by PGA Master Instructor Boykin Powers. Youth Winter Camp 2015 - Martinsville, IN
Dear friends in Christ! The Living Spring camp would like to cordially invite you to the 2015 Youth Winter Bible Camp at Highland Lakes in Martinsville, IN December 27-31, 2015! This camp will be a fantastic and memorable event. We look forward to it as another opportunity for us all to share our time together at this beautiful place where you can catch up with one another, have sports, games and fun, and most importantly, it presents an invaluable opportunity to give praise to the Lord and indulge into His holy Word to learn more about our Lord Jesus Christ! The topic this year is "If you believe, you will see the glory of God" (John 11:40). We were able to secure this location for $170 for the entire duration of the camp per person. We encourage everyone to come earlier rather than later to be able to appreciate the time we have together. Furthermore, on December 31, 2015 immediately after the Camp, everyone is invited to the Grace of Christ Baptist Church in Evansville, IN for the New Year celebration! Ready for a new challenge? Advance your throwing skills and create bigger and better pots on the pottery wheel. Learn in a small group environment where you will receive individual instructor attention and have access to your own pottery wheel throughout the week. Improve on the details of handles, feet, rims and design elements and explore different ways to glaze your pots before they are fired in the kiln. Are you interested in keeping in shape for a fall sport? Most of all, do you want to have fun? Then this high-energy boot camp is for you! If, that is, you have the right attitude. -- This boot camp is designed specifically for developing young bodies and minds, with a fun (and safe) mixture of body weight exercises, running and cardio, partner and group exercises, games and obstacle courses. All movements will help build coordination, balance, and motivation. Stretching before and after exercise is emphasized, and mindfulness and yoga techniques will be integrated each day. Programmable Speed Bots - Wow Science - Voorhees
Using iOS and Android devices, campers will program a robot to do many tricks, including pulling off ollies--a trick where a skateboarder or snowboarder can jump into the air without ramping off something else. This robot can pull off ollies, do a quick spin in place, speed boost while driving (called grabs), jump around like a hot potato, pull off wheelies, or rocket across the room and turn on a dime before zipping off in a new direction. All this as campers have fun mastering basic concepts of programming. Bring your cell phone if you have one. NOTE: THIS PROGRAM RUNS MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY FOR A HALF DAY.
