Girls Drumming - Foluke Cultural Arts Center, Inc.
This 18 week class explores the elements of musical techniques within African drumming including understanding poly-rhythms, composition, melody, harmony, tones, pitches, bases, improvisations and arrangements. This class introduces the role of music in the African Culture. Learners use drumming as an instrument of self-expression through traditional rhythms building self-confidence and discipline. 216-432-3772

SciTech Explorers-Thursdays, 2:15pm, Temple Emanu-El - Emanu-El
Preschoolers, ages 3 to 5, discover and explore natural phenomena through observations, experimentation, storytelling, and creative play. While engaging in an activity, they are invited to observe, predict and interpret their findings. Budding scientists learn about space, chemical reactions, magnetism, light, electricity, how the body works and pre-robotics. 9-Week Program: Classes will meet on Thursdays April 7, April 14, April 21, April 28, May 5, May 12, May 19, May 26 and June 2. 212-804-7055

All Skills Day Camp *click for description - Colorado Volleyball Camp
The all skills camp covers all aspects of the game of volleyball with an emphasis on fundamentals. The techniques and skills taught in this camp are designed to provide a strong foundation that allows players to develop into high level athletes as they continue to play. All skills will be covered including passing, setting, hitting, defense, blocking, serving as well as offensive and defensive systems. Every registration requires full payment. A $50 fee will be retained on all cancellations for any reason to cover credit card fees and administrative expenses. The remaining amount will be credited back to ones account if paid by credit card. If paid by check, the University will cut a check back to the original payee. For prompt processing, refund requests should be made prior to the start of camp. A pro-rated fee system will be in effect for those campers only attending partial days of camp. Art for the Senses - The Evergreen School
All five senses will be used as we do indoor and outdoor art projects. Students will discover how much they can see, taste, hear, touch, and smell art! The class will be exploring with color, texture, and other different art mediums. Much science is worked into their work as well as both small and some large motor skills.
