Taught by Ms. Hasanthi, this class is for students who are from 3 1/2 to 7 years of age. Classes offer young children exposure to Verity of art medians to help develop their fine motor skills. The art class develops the childs ability to create independent drawings on their own, which enables children to participate in international and local art competitions. They will develop strength of mind and an ordered intellect and will be able to think for themselves. Students use pastels, acrylic and tempera paints to create their art work. Summer Rec Camp Week One - Full Time - North Hampton School
Our mission is to provide a safe, peaceful and harmonious environment where campers can spend time with their friends while creating new ones. Summer Rec Camp consists of six weekly programs that run Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 4:00 pm). The Full Time program has a field trip every Tuesday and Thursday. Lunch, snacks and drinks must be provided by the parents/guardians. Outdoor activities and field trips are subject to the weather. Rain dates have been planned for appropriate trips. A camp tee shirt will be provided and must be worn on all field trips as well as to the beach. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- All fees must be paid prior to the first day of camp. Cancellation of any weeks must be done two full weeks in advance, in writing, in order to be considered for a refund. Please, do not send food that contains peanut butter. The Actors Workshop Club is geared toward 5th-8th grade students who love to act/perform and want to learn more about how to create theatrical productions. Taught by Philadelphia actor and performing artist, Katie Croyle, for the past three years, Actors Workshop explores performance techniques and methods, including: improvisation, vocal exercises, physical movement (and dance), script study/scene work, and self-created work. This club is a great opportunity for students to explore their own creativity and use performance as a medium for self-expression.
