Gateway Elite Camp is a college exposure camp for high school players. It is targeted to those players hoping to pursue their volleyball careers at the collegiate level. As such, the camp staff will be comprised solely of current and former collegiate coaches. This camp will focus on high-level training, strategy and technique. It will not provide instruction on basic skills. A letter of recommendation from your coach is not required, but players are encouraged to consult their coaches to determine if this camp is appropriate. Water is an important resource for life and fun on a hot summer day! We will go on adventures to find the FUN in water, and will learn a lot in the process. We will go into the Santa Fe watershed to learn first hand where our water comes from and where it goes. We will hunt for aquatic macro-invertebrates (a new, big word!). We will talk about how and why to conserve water, and get some first hand experience with the power of water at Bandelier National Monument. 505-699-6230
