Join us for fun, engaging topics that explore economic and mathematics concepts to understand the world of finance and beyond. Investigate concepts such as supply, demand, scarcity and opportunity cost. Students will learn through interactive games and test their trading acumen by playing simulated rounds on the U.S. stock market using real stocks (but fake money!). British soccer coaches provide a great camp experience, lending their knowledge and expertise to campers on skill development, tactical awareness and above all else fun. Camp includes drills, coached scrimmages and a daily world cup competition. Campers will check in daily at the Lenn Park Pavilion before walking down to the field behind the playground. DETAILS StoryStars is designed to help children take an interest in books and literature at an early age. With our enjoyable and fun themes each week, children see how exciting reading can be! Each week will focus on age-appropriate literary skills while incorporating art, science, math and cooperative learning into the lessons. We will add to our Word Wall each week and children can continue to practice these skills at home with the provided materials. Every child can learn to love stories, and our theme, as always, is Having Fun…One Book at a Time! March 3rd, 10th, 17th, 31st 9:30am – 12:00pm Ages: 3-5 March 3rd Frances doesnt like bedtime! We will write some of her excuse words on our word wall and write our own sentences about what an excuse is. Students get to paint a bedtime Frances for their room and make a math graph counting Frances excuses.
