Do you love all creatures great and small?! Take a walk on the wild side and join us as we find inspiration in the vibrant colors, exotic patterns, and unusual shapes found in the world?s most amazing animals, birds, and bugs. Campers will: * Use patterns, colors, and shapes found in animals, birds, or bugs to inspire a work of art * Zoom in on a tiny detail of a creature to create a stunning abstract drawing or painting * Create your own fake bug collection! No real bugs involved! Draw or sculpt a stunning array of cool critters. * Attempt to capture the elusive giant sloth. We are certain it is in the Art Center somewhere? moving very slowly! Open to girls entering 7th -12 grades. The camp focuses on assisting campers that maintain a solid foundation of skills learn more advanced parts of the game. Campers need to be physically prepared to train and ready to bring high energy to the gym. Coaches will cover each area of the game, position specific training as well as competitive drills. The camp schedule includes 2 training sessions on Friday, 3 training sessions on Saturday and finishes with 2 training sessions on Sunday. Overnight and commuter options are available. *Due to incurred costs to Tiger Volleyball Camps, any and all refunds will be subjected to a processing fee of $10.00. Scientists in this class will get to know first-hand that summer is the best time of year to study matter. We will learn about how clouds forms and use air resistance to slow down an egg dropped from 13 feet. Tiny Cartesian divers show us how air behaves under pressure, well figure out how to get an egg into a bottle without breaking it and study heat transfer while we turn liquids into tasty treats!
