Open to girls entering 7th -12 grades. The camp focuses on assisting campers that maintain a solid foundation of skills learn more advanced parts of the game. Campers need to be physically prepared to train and ready to bring high energy to the gym. Coaches will cover each area of the game, position specific training as well as competitive drills. The camp schedule includes 2 training sessions on Friday, 3 training sessions on Saturday and finishes with 2 training sessions on Sunday.
