Kid's Fit Camp - Rogers, AR
After our regular bootcamp, Jack will be hosting a workout for kids 8-12 years old. The workout will be bodyweight strength & cardio exercise, done in the group fitness room. Parents will need to stay on-site, but are encouraged to workout while the kids are in class. Cost is $5/ child.

Volleyball Camp Ages 7 - 12 - Centennial Middle School
Skyhawks Volleyball takes the energy and excitement of this great team sport and puts it together into one fun-filled camp. All aspects of the game are taught through drills and exercises that focus on passing, setting, hitting and serving. This co-ed program is designed for the beginning and intermediate player. Our volleyball staff will assist each athlete in developing fundamental skills through game-speed drills, daily scrimmages aimed at developing the whole player. Fencing captures the imagination of kids of all ages, but it requires a trained, experienced instructor to learn safely and correctly. The Young Scholars Fencing Program is being run by the coaches of the Central PA Fencing Association. Coach Wes Glon, the Head Coach of the PSU Fencing Team personally trains and hires the coaches for this program. Coach Chuck has 40 years of fencing experience and has been part of the CPFA programs since 2006. Your child will learn the basics of sabre fencing with an emphasis on sportsmanship, safety and history.
