We have 6 Camps $44 per week ($24 Single Day Drop-In) Only 2 weeks (on Tues & Thurs) out of each Summer month. 1st Camp, June - Tues 21st & Thurs 23rd 2nd Camp, June - Tues 28th & Thurs 30th 3rd Camp, July - Tues 19th & Thurs 21st 4th Camnp, July - Tues 26th & Thurs 28th 5th Camp, Aug - Tues 9th & Thurs 11th 6th Camp, Aug - Tues 16th & Thurs 18th Dress Code will be more relaxed but still able to move and dance in, preferably leotard and tights and Ballet shoes with hair out of face...and no clothing with glitter ;) We also ask that Parents drop kids off and pick back up, NO Peeking or Sitting and watching until we present our Showcases on the Thursdays 3:55pm :) We will hold the Camps if we have a minimum of 2 dancers but will cap each day at 10 dancers. If your camp is canceled due to low enrollment, you will be fully refunded! We will be doing new Themes with dances from Ballets each week! With appropriate roles for boys and girls! US Girls Basketball Camp - EA Gym
This camp is designed to work with girls who are entering or already competing at the Varsity level. Emphasis on strengthening skills and fundamentals of basketball is key. 110% effort will be requested of all campers as they challenge one another with friendly competitions and games. Individual skill drills include: shooting, dribbling, rebounding, passing, defense and offensive moves. Team/Group skill drills include: team offense/defense, moving without the ball, rebounding/blocking out. Campers will be challenged each day to compete at their highest level while incorporating friendly competition. Mt. Hood Session 4 - Slalom Camp - Mt. Hood Academy House
Our Slalom session for improving your slalom skills. Session 4 will be 4 days of slalom training and technical drills. During our slalom camp we will focus on technical skills and tactics to help your daughter gain confidence in slalom. *The double session includes Session 4 & 5, July 5-17 At Keelys Ski Camp many of the all female coaching staff are recently retired from the U. S. Ski Team or are still racing at the highest levels (Olympic, World Cup, Noram, NCAA and FIS). Hollywood Special Effects 7/25 - Open Door Church
Is there a future make up artist or movie director living in your house? If so, dont miss out on this action! Artists learn the science behind Hollywoods special effects. Activities will demonstrate concepts related to light, sound, perception, illusion, and model building. Artists will also learn various special effect make-up techniques working with the same materials used by professional make-up artists to simulate cuts, bruises, artificial blood and old age. Sea Perch Robotics - Middle School
This exciting new offering will coordinate with the Webb Institute. Located in Glen Cove, the Webb Institute is a private engineering college, offering a dual major in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. Participants in the Sea Perch Program will build an underwater robot. The completed the robots will then be brought to Webb Institute for a day of in-water testing and head-to-head competitions that determine how well the robots were constructed and how well the human operators can control their custom-built submersible seacraft.
