Teen MMA Summer Camp at GCBJJ - Grove City, OH
GCBJJ will be hosting an MMA camp for teens (age 13-17). This camp will cover all aspects of MMA including: Boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Conditioning. No experience necessary. Cost is $125 per teen. Only equipment they will need is a mouthpiece. We will provide all other equipment. Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a couple extra changes of clothes. The participants can pack a lunch (we have a fridge and a microwave, or there are three pizza places, Arby's and Subway that are all within walking distance.

Is your child excited about camp but not quite ready to spend the night? Good news! Timberlake offers Day Camp every Wednesday of regular camp for children from Kindergarten to 5th Grade. Each Day Camp offers a rotation of different typical camp activities. We provide lunch for every camper, and they are put into small "cabin" groups, always in the care of our trained staff. NOTE: Preregistration for Day Camp is not necessary. If you wish, you can simply register and pay when you arrive at camp. Schedule 8:40-9 am - Check in (Follow the signs!) 9:30-11:30 - Rotation of games, camp activities 11:30-12:30 - Lunch and change for swimming 12:30-3:00 - Boats, swim time and camp store 3:00-3:30 - Bible Time with the camp pastor 4 pm - Pick up time What to Bring Wear clothes that can get dirty and muddy. This camp offers many, many choices. It will be a collection of lots of beads of all colors and lots of charms to choose from. What fun adding art with beading. We will also work with watercolor and teach art through design keeping with our theme for the week. We provide the snacks and drinks, so no need to bring anything. Looking forward to this fun camp. Lego® StoryStarter II 2:30 - Mt. Bethel Elementary
Story telling was never this much fun! Utilizing the LEGO® StoryStarter set we will introduce students to the basic structures of a well-composed story (making this class a great language arts tool). At the same time we will also introduce them to the world of technology as we show them how to animate their stories in their very own graphic storybook. They will build their LEGO® story scenes and (using photo capture and editing tools) bring the story to life in print. We will create multiple storybooks in this class and each student will receive a DVD containing printable versions of all their creations to take home. In StoryStarter II we will have the same great fun but with all new story types and plots! We will delve further in the story telling process by emphasizing character development and 5 step story telling. You do NOT have to take the first class in order to take II. 770-826-0449
